    Service Agrement

Overview

Effective Date: June 2, 2026

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the cleaning, organizing, staging, packing, unpacking, and related services provided by Tidy & Clean LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to the client (“Client”).

By scheduling or receiving services from Tidy & Clean LLC, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Scope of Services

Tidy & Clean LLC provides professional organizing, residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, specialty cleaning, home staging, packing, unpacking, and related services.

The specific services to be provided will be agreed upon before the scheduled appointment.

Any additional services requested during the appointment may result in additional charges.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of the quote.

Final pricing may vary if:

  • The condition of the property differs significantly from what was described.
  • Additional services are requested.
  • Additional time is required to complete the project.
  • Access restrictions affect service completion.

Clients will be notified of any pricing adjustments before additional work is performed whenever possible.

Scheduling and Access

The Client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.

If the Company is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Delays caused by lack of access may affect the completion time of the service.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change.

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, Zelle, bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.

Late payments may result in additional fees and suspension of future services.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible service, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the property and requested services.
  • Secure valuable items, cash, jewelry, collectibles, and important documents.
  • Inform the Company of any special instructions or sensitive areas.
  • Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available during the appointment.

Personal Belongings and Valuables

While our team exercises great care during all services, clients are responsible for securing cash, jewelry, collectibles, firearms, confidential documents, and other valuable items before service begins.

Tidy & Clean LLC shall not be responsible for loss of unsecured valuables.

Pre-Existing Conditions

The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Improperly installed fixtures
  • Loose shelves
  • Damaged furniture
  • Existing cracks, scratches, stains, or structural issues
  • Defective appliances or equipment

Limitations of Service

For safety reasons, our team may decline services involving:

  • Biohazard materials
  • Mold remediation
  • Pest infestations
  • Hazardous chemicals
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Structural hazards
  • Any situation that poses a risk to employees or clients

Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If the Client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, they must notify Tidy & Clean LLC within 24 hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns.

Refunds are provided solely at the Company’s discretion.

Photography

With the Client’s permission, Tidy & Clean LLC may take before-and-after photographs of completed projects for quality control, training, or marketing purposes.

No identifying personal information will be shared without consent.

Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidy & Clean LLC’s liability for any claim arising from services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Force Majeure

Tidy & Clean LLC shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, labor disruptions, utility outages, or emergencies.

Changes to Services

The Company reserves the right to modify, refuse, or discontinue services at its discretion when necessary for safety, operational, or legal reasons.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.
